This research time focusses on a modeling, analysis, simulation and control of dynamic systems, both from theoretical and application oriented.
Some subjects currently covered in this area include virtual sensors, diagnostics and troubleshooting, control software and monitoring techniques robust adaptive control (linear and nonlinear), nonlinear predictive control, fractional order classical and adaptive control of , modeling and control based on fuzzy logic, neural networks and evolutionary algorithms.
In terms of applications, efforts are oriented towards mining processes, wine industry, intelligent in the wine industry instrumentation and medicine, power plants based on renewable energy, lithium batteries, autonomous vehicles, electric drives intelligent transportation systems and dynamic systems.
